I feel like I've walked a long way but I don't think I've arrived yet, and I'm not used to all the high heel shoes I have now. We didn't ever wear high-heeled shoes in the cave, but Chloë says I have to get used to it because certain clients expect it -- or that there's a subliminal effect on the customer. Oh, actually, I see that Jorge Luis Borge has actually arrived but is so greatful and delighted to absorb everything in the milieu he finds himself in that he walks LIKE one who is pleasantly surprised. He takes in the moment as if it's totally new....
Am I getting the quote right?
