This year, for the very first time, I'm considering . . . the formerly unthinkable . . .
holiday newsletter to the family.
Tasteless and evil? Impersonal and manipulative? Inevitable result of geographical distance? Stop-gap measure to stay connected to family and friends while we wait for them to enter the age of the internet?
More and more people are doing it . . . even people I respect . . .

Well FedEx Kinko's color copies are down to $.49 so maybe that will help.
I think I'll have to do one this year too. Only 3 years behind you know.
I would do a family newsletter, it's not too evil.
Yeh - I think their bad reputation is undeserved! I'd much rather get a newsletter (with pictures, of course) than a hasty scrawl from an exhausted hand.
